The main block consists of a spacious open plan living area with kitchen and living room, huge master bedroom with private bathroom, 1 single room off the kitchen with shower, ideal for staff.
It is equipped with guest bathroom, game room with TV and numerous board games.
Also, present plonge pool, outdoor barbecue area and 14-seater table with beautiful sea view.
Outdoor refrigerator and ice machine available.

The secondary block, separate and newly built, consists of:
a second double bedroom and a bathroom, with its own outdoor seating area,
1 double and 1 twin room with shared shower room,
1 room with four bunk beds and another twin room with shared shower room.

There are two splendid swimming pools, including an 18-meter-long, infinity pool, sanitized with ozone and heatable (on request,at extra charge) and a plonge pool located in the main body of the villa.
In the infinity pool area there is also a living area with sofas and a gym equipped with mats, weights and Peloton bikes.

At guests disposal are 2 vegetable gardens with various fruit trees and vegetables.
The accommodation is ideal for two families, sleeps 15 in total; all rooms have air conditioning.

In the immediate vicinity, just a 3-minute drive away, is the picturesque village of San Pantaleo, also known as the “village of artists” with its wonderful square, boutiques and art stores.
Fascinating Porto Cervo, with luxury stores and large boats to admire, is just 20 minutes away.
