Villa Cala Granu enjoys a unique location: a few minutes from the Cala Granu beach and the famous Porto Cervo, it is the ideal starting point for all the most famous beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

Villa Cala Granu is on two levels:

First floor:
It is accessed by a first large and bright living room, with sofas and large windows. Next is another living room with a large table, which opens onto a front veranda, ideal for outdoor dining. The veranda is also equipped with barbecue and sink. The living room is completed by a functional kitchenette. Also on the same floor we have two double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom in the room, while the other has an external bathroom dedicated to it.

Lower floor:
There are two large and spacious double rooms, with external bathroom with shower, which also boast independent external access.
There is also a laundry room and a storage room.
